Brooke Pumroy is a celebrity shooting guard for the Louisiana Tech University women’s basketball team who transferred from Marquette University as a sophomore. Brooke played 28 games during the 2015-2016 season, making 26 starts. Brooke Pumroy Bio

The basketball player was born Brooke Paige Pumroy on November 16, 1993, in Fairborn, Ohio. Her father’s name is Rick Pumroy who is a home inspector and her mother’s name is Michelle Pumroy who is a dental hygienist. Brooke grew up with her brother Jordan Pumroy.

She attended Fairborn High School, where she was named to the Dabbs Miami Valley All-Area First Team in 2011. She also played for Marquette University.

Brooke began her college career at Marquette for the 2012-13 season, where she spent two years and then transferred after her sophomore year, along with teammate Ashley Santos.

As a sophomore, he started 33 games for Marquette, averaging 9.1 points, 5.2 assists, and 3.2 rebounds per game. Brooke was being recruited by Michigan, Michigan State, Miami, Fla. and Vanderbilt, Marquette was not the first choice. Prior to her senior year, she attended Vanderbilt elite camp where she tore her anterior cruciate ligament due to which she lost her scholarship. She once said that losing the scholarship was “a blessing in disguise.” Due to her injuries, Brooke missed most of her senior year of high school in 2012.

The rumor has also spread that Brooke Pumroy and Tyler Summitt are having an affair. Tyler Summitt is the only son of the late Pat Summitt, who served as the head coach of the Tennessee Lady Vols teams for a long time. Also, it was doubtful that she was pregnant with Tyler’s baby, but she later denied the rumor.
